- 전북지방 조선공산당 재건운동(1929~1932) -
이 연구는 1929년부터 1932년까지 전라북도 지방에서 일어난 조선공산당 재건 운동을 다루고 있다. 이 연구를 통해서, 1929년부터 1932년 사이 조선공산당 재건 운동이 변화하는 양상과 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. 1928년 12월 이후, 당시 사회주의자들은 12월 테제를 바탕으로, 조선공산당 재 건운동을 시작했다. 전국 각지에서 다양한 재건방법을 가진 결사들이 조직되었다. 1929년 10월, 전라북도에서도 김병숙을 중심으로 ‘조선공산청년동맹 전북준비위원 회’가 조직되었다. 이 결사는 공산청년동맹을 통해서 조선공산당을 도출하려는 계 획을 세웠다. 특히, 미래당원을 육성하는 하기 위해, 구성원들에게 사회주의 사상 교육을 실시했다. 이외에도, 이 결사는 전주합동노동조합과 같은 표면단체를 통해 서, 지역의 노동 사건에 개입해서, 전국적인 파업을 유도하려는 시도를 했다. 1930년 7월, 전라북도에서 조선공산당 재건운동은 ‘조선공산당재건설준비회 전 북지방위원회’로 이어졌다. 김창수와 한종식이 만나서 이 결사를 조직했다. 전라북도의 활동은 한종식이 주도했다. 이 결사는 대중조직을 통해서, 당의 기반인 야체 이카를 구성하려는 목표을 세웠다. 이 결사는 야체이카를 구성하면 해산될 임시적 성격의 결사라는 특징을 가지고 있다. 이 결사의 주요 활동은 학교를 중심으로 한 독서회와 일반 대중을 위한 가두반을 중심으로 이뤄졌다. 두 결사의 활동을 통해서, 1929년부터 1930년 사이의 재건운동과 1930년 이후 의 재건운동이 가지는 특징을 명확하게 살펴볼 수 있다. 그리고 지금까지 주목받지 못했던 전북지역의 사회주의운동의 한 측면을 밝혀낼 수 있다. 주요자료로는 일본 경찰 측의 보고서와 압수문건, 관계자들의 판결문이 이용되었다.
The Rebuilding Movement of the Korean Communist Party in the Jeonbuk Region(1929~1932)
This study looks at the movement to rebuild the Korean Communist Party that took place in the Jeollabukdo region from 1929 to 1932. This study will attempt to look at the characteristics and the patterns of change of the movement to rebuild the Korean Communist Party from 1929 to 1932. After December 1928, the socialists started a movement to rebuild the Korean Communist Party based on the December Thesis. Organizations with various methods for rebuilding were formed all over the country. In October 1929, in Jeollabuk-do, Kim Byeongsuk, who was a member of the Korean Communist Party, led the formation of Jeonbuk Committee for Founding the Korean Communist Youth Alliance. This organization planned to build a communist youth alliance and build the Korean Communist Party upon it. It primarily focused on nurturing future party members, providing training courses, and teaching socialist ideology to its members. Additionally, it used front organizations such as the Jeonju Joint Labor Union to intervene in local labor issues and provoke nationwide strikes. In July 1930, the Jeonbuk Committee for Founding the Korean Communist Youth Alliance was apprehended. Later, the Jeonbuk Committee for the Rebuilding of the Korean Communist Party took on the movement to rebuild the Korean Communist Party in Jeollabuk-do. Kim Chang-su, who spent time in jail due to the Korean Communist Party incident and Han Jongsik, a member of the above organization, formed this organization. Han Jongsik and Kim Cheolju led the activities in Jeollabuk-do. Unlike its predecessors, this organization attempted to rebuild the Korean Communist Party by forming cells that were the base of the party, through popular organizations. This association was provisional, to be disbanded after forming cells. This organization’s significant activities include forming socialist ideology reading clubs centered on schools in Jeonju and Iksan, and street teams to win over the general public. This organization was apprehended in 1932.
